Using a strong and deep touch, I will push your body to the limits of relaxation and stress release.
I will search your muscles and fascia for imbalances, stress and knots and work that area so that the
body may rebalance itself.
Although this may sound intense, don't let it worry you. By working
out stresses in the physical body, the mind and spirit are rewarded with not only muscular relaxation,
but a deeper peace of mind.
In my own experiences of receiving massage, I usually find that the
therapist does not give me the two things i need in a massage: deep pressure and personalization. Even
if they give me as much pressure as I want, their massage 'feels' impersonal. Like it's the same old
routine to them.
When I massage someone, I connect myself to them, enabling me to sense the physical
feedback of a body reacting to massage. Because of this connection, each and every person I work on is
a different experience.
At times a swedish massage could be sensual, as every body responds to
a massage differently. But, at no times will the massage be sexual. And I will not be working naked.
I perform the massage in running shorts and a tank-top or thin t-shirt. Occasionally, I might have to
take my shirt off as I might get overheated during the massage.
We all have busy lives so calling
at least one day ahead will make booking an appointment that much easier. Whenever you might call, I
will be happy to fit you into my schedule and accomodate your needs.
I do offer a 90 minute massage
but only on your 2nd visit!! Let's talk.

He can sense when a muscle is about to overload and adjusts his pressure to stay just underneath this
